It is with joy and pride that we inform that the Hong Kong Women´s 7s team are coming back!

Our 2018 Champions will be returning for a third time to the Algarve 7s to compete in the Women´s Open competition.

The Hong Kong Women’s 7s team have been on a full time training programme based at the Hong Kong Institute of Sport from the end of 2013 and since then their womens sevens program has been going from strength to strength.

High five to the Hong Kong Women´s 7s, we are looking forward to see you again in beautiful Algarve.
