They will be travelling to the Algarve with a large team delegation and entering one team in the MEN´S and WOMEN´S open competitions.
RK Livonia is a Latvian rugby club based in the village of Upesciems and was founded only in 2007. Rugby in Latvia is a small emerging sport but recently it has increased in popularity due to a rise in form with the national team competing in the Division 2A of the European Nations Cup.
