The Algarve 7s team is delighted to announce that The Blue Bulls from South Africa have confirmed they will be attending the 3rd edition of the Algarve 7s ELITE competition.
The Blue Bulls are the most successful South African team, and the only South African team to win a Super Rugby title. The Blue Bulls have produced some of the world's greatest rugby legends. Names that everyone remembers are Frik du Preez, the lock who could drop, place and score, Naas Botha's and his tactical kicks, the great Joost van der Westhuizen who brought a new dimension to scrum-half play and more recently Victor Matfield who ruled the line-outs of the rugby world.
