CASHLESS SYSTEM
Tickets must be exchanged at the entrance for a cashless wristband. All purchases inside the event are made by topping up the wristband at stations located across the venues, hotels, and beach parties.

Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the main Sports Complex or at the official beach parties, except for baby food, water, energy bars and sports drinks.
Refrigerated storage will be available at the entrance for any items that are not permitted inside.
CASHLESS TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All payments at the festival are made through the cashless system, operated by Idasfest. By using it, you agree to these terms.
HOW IT WORKS:
Cashless Wristband: All Athletes and staff receive their wristbands at hotel check-in. Spectators must exchange tickets for wristbands at the entrance.
Each wristband has a unique ID, allowing you to track transactions and top up online.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Wristband Safety: The organization is not responsible for lost or damaged wristbands. Replacements may be issued at the promoter’s discretion.
REPLACEMENT FEE:
Lost or damaged wristbands are subject to a €5 replacement fee.
Protect Your Balance: Take a photo of your wristband’s unique ID code. This is required to recover your balance if lost.
TOP-UP PROCESS
You can easily add credit (top-up) to your Cashless wristband using the following options:
TOP-UP LOCATIONS:
VENUES: VRSA SPORTS COMPLEX . MONTE GORDO BEACH
HOTELS: Navegadores Hotel & Dunamar Hotel
PARTIES: MONTE GORDO BEACH
ONLINE: After receiving your wristband, you can top it up with credit at the cashless website: cashless.idasfest.es
PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED:
Debit cards
Credit cards: VISA, VISA Electron, and MasterCard
TOP-UP RULES:
Minimum top-up amount: €2
Maximum on-site top-up amount: €300
Top-ups must be in multiples of €2 (e.g., €2, €4, €6, etc.).
REFUNDS AND UNUSED CREDITS
You have the right to request a refund for any unused balance on your Cashless wristband after the event.
REFUND PERIOD:
START: 12:00 on 8 June 2026
END: 23:59 on 18 June 2026
No refunds will be processed after 18 June 2026.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND:
1. Keep your wristband after the festival ends.
2 . Access to cashless.idasfest.es and select the event.
3. Enter your wristband code.
4. Fill out the refund request form.
IMPORTANT CONDITIONS:
You must have at least €1.50 remaining on your wristband to be eligible. A bank processing fee of €1.50 will be deducted from your remaining balance.
Refunds are processed after the request period closes and may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your location and bank.

REQUESTING A VAT INVOICE
To view or download invoices for your purchases:
1. Access to cashless.idasfest.es and select the event.
2. This gives you access to your online wallet profile, where each transaction has an associated invoice.
