​​THE VRSA SPORTS COMPLEX
is one of the most highly regarded sports centres in Europe.
​​The complex is a high-performance training center, accredited by the IAAF and recognized by the Portuguese Olympic Committee as an Official Training Centre.
It is located near the Monte Gordo beach resort, where all players and teams for the Algarve 7s will be accommodated, and is within walking distance of the tournament’s official hotel(s) and accommodation.
Located on the outskirts of the city of Vila Real de Santo Antonio (VRSA), is easily accessible from Faro, Seville or Lisbon International Airports.
The fantastic climate of the Algarve and the golden beach sands of Monte Gordo combined with the first class sports facilities available for players/team and supporters make this a unique proposal for all taking part or just coming for a fun weekend away.
CASTRO MARIM GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB
Located close to the historic town of Castro Marim the 3 courses of nine holes run through undulating hills dotted with pines and occasional views across the River Guadiana to neighbouring Spain. They are named Atlantic, Grouse and Guardiana.
MONTE GORDO BEACH
The stunning Monte Gordo Beach will serve as the stage for the Beach Tennis, Beach Hockey, Open Water Swimming tournaments and Algarve 7s Parties.
